This year our conference theme is – ‘British Success on the Global Stage’. We are including sessions on the science of behavioural economics, the financial performance of companies with significant employee ownership, financial capability and wellbeing and best practice on the use of digital and social media.
Our aim is to set employee share ownership in a broader context and to enhance delegates’ knowledge of fields with relevance to share plans, with an emphasis on their practical application. We will be retaining perennial favourites such as plan issuer case studies, perspectives on global developments and our well-established Q&A session on tax technicalities with representatives from HMRC.
